Now, I doubt the NSA isn't watching mesh networks. But they certainly are harder to control than 'the' internet network. Nonetheless, an intriguing question in terms of what kind of regulation and legal status does apply to such mesh network operations? And, just as with flashmobs, who does end up being responsible for what?

    +Sophie Wrobel … and that's the Question: "who does end up being responsible for what?" 

    Because if someone is responsible, they also become the weak point – not dissimilar to the current Guardian fiasco taking place here in the UK.

    If there's a single point of weakness then 'it' can be compromised.
