Dev Tools in Chromium are getting better every day. Do you want a proof?

In a near future, when your Dev Tools will be opened, Reload button wil act a little bit different.
With a long click or right click, it will bring up a drop-down menu which will allow you to specify:
– A Normal Reload,
– A Hard Reload,
– Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

You can see in the mockup below what it will look like. If you're impatient, you can try it right now with Chromium Linux (download-chromium.appspot.com)
