For those of you who still have a Facebook account lying around (used or collecting dust), I encourage you to take 30 seconds of your time this week to vote on their latest terms & conditions changes.
I also encourage you to vote no. Here's why:
1. It allows Facebook to introduce new privacy-infringing features as opt-out – whereas ghosts who rarely use Facebook, and user expectations, would likely prefer opt-in.
2. It takes a 30% turnout rate for the vote to be binding. Considering how much some of us G+ folk use Facebook, with a whole lot of ghosts, that's not too easy to achieve.
3. Facebook has an EU review coming soon to check their progess on outstanding compliance issues, their data privacy policy being one of them. If the vote says 'no', they need to put some serious thought into something that will not get knocked down by the user base before their review next month.

Nice to see you here, +Ryan Chen-Wing ! Yes, a 'no' would be to keep the existing (incompliant) version.
Ryan hits the nail on the head. What's a no?
The question posed is between documents, so you mean we should choose the existing ones rather than the proposed ones?
