Re-introduction to statistics, for dummies

Statistics has been, for me, aleays associated with manipulation in a negative context. Yet here it shows up in big data. What I feel is still missing is an autopated 'run all reasonable tests and show me anomolous results' button.

For the non-techies, this article is a readable introduction on what the various statistical data analysis strategies are. For the initialized, you'll need to translate it into math-speak first. 🙂
