Heh. France's infamous hadopi team has been caught on copyright infringement twice. One more find, and they'll have to severe their internet connection to comply with their own law! That should be a much more stinging retaliation to this sort of laws which do make it through the political system than ddos attacks are… Anyone up to spotting a third infringement?
I'm not sure – but I'd think finding the copyright owner and asking them to serve a warning wouldn't be too difficult, in comparison with dislodging a bad piece of legislation.
Apparently, warnings are only formally served if initiated by the copyright holder. Has that occurred the first two times here?
