I guess the bigger question here is: are you ready to humanize your brand?

I can understand that Social Media isn't for every company. A lot depends on the company's culture, goals, strategy, and direction. Is your company culture one that builds value based on the people behind it, or is it one that builds value on being a known name, without a face? Are your customers struggling to find a human entry point to talk to, or are they happy with the current system?

    Oh, there are several who seem to take every measure possible to make reaching helpful people, and finding out who they are, impossible.
